Return Policy

Welcome to Boospare! At Boospare, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for automotive spare parts through our online platform. This Return Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") governs your use of our website and mobile application (collectively referred to as "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to abide by this Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

This Policy is a legally binding agreement between BooSpare ("Company/ We/ Us/ Our") and any natural or legal person ("Customer/ Consumer/ User/ You/ Your") purchasing products and services from our Platform.

 

1. Return Policy

Most products purchased on our Platform are eligible for return within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery ("Return Window"), except for items explicitly marked as non-returnable. Returns shall be accepted under the following conditions:

 

Eligible Returns

  • The product is physically damaged, defective, missing parts, or differs from the description on our Platform.
  • The return request is raised within the applicable return window.
  • The product is in its original condition with its packaging, tags, user manual, warranty card, and accessories intact.
  • The product has not been used, installed, or tampered with and has no scratches, grease, dents, or damages caused by the customer.
  • A return request for a damaged item must include an unboxing video and clear images showing the damage, original packaging, and shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are categorized as non-returnable due to their nature and usage, including but not limited to:

  • Fluids and lubricants (engine oil, transmission fluid, coolants, etc.)
  • Electrical and electronic components (batteries, sensors, switches, control units, ignition coils, etc.)
  • Car accessories (stickers, air fresheners, GPS devices, speakers, etc.)
  • Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page.

Return Process

  • Customers can initiate a return request from the “My Orders” section on our Platform.
  • Upon approval, BooSpare will arrange a pickup or request self-shipping for eligible returns.
  • Customers must ensure proper packaging during return transit. Any damage during return transit due to improper packaging may result in a rejection of the refund.
  • If self-shipping, customers must provide a registered courier receipt. Shipping charges for self-shipped items may be reimbursed subject to verification.

 

2. Refund Policy

Upon receiving the returned product, our quality control team will inspect the item. A refund will be initiated only if the product meets all return conditions.

 

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after approval.
  • If the refund does not reflect in your account within the stipulated time, please contact your bank.
  • Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts or in cash.

 Non-Refundable Charges

  • Forward shipping costs, convenience fees, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
    • The product was delivered in a damaged condition.
    • The product is defective or incompatible due to an error in our catalog.
    • The order was canceled before shipment.
    • The product was lost in transit due to logistics issues.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Once processed, cancellations may not be possible. Refunds for cancellations will be subject to our refund policy.

 

 Order Cancellation by Customers

  • Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be entertained.
  • In case of order cancellation before shipping, the refund will be processed within 1 business day for PayTm payments and 5-6 business days for Razorpay transactions.
  • Orders delayed beyond the estimated delivery time are eligible for cancellation and refund.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of stock, price discrepancies, incorrect listings, or any technical issues.
  • If we cancel your order, a full refund will be processed immediately.

 

4. General Terms

  • If you receive a defective non-returnable product, you may contact our support team within 1 calendar day of delivery.
  • We strongly recommend capturing an unboxing video while opening the package to verify damage claims.
  • If a return claim is rejected, the customer may choose to have the product shipped back (shipping costs apply) or scrapped after 30 days.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect, customers must obtain an inspection report from an authorized service center before claiming a refund.
